Vintage 2023 | I cannot imagine why a vintner would make a blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Malbec, Merlot and Tannat 🤯. Biodynamique. The wine is very light, officially rosé. The result is energetic and delicious. I saw @Daniel M call it glou-glou and that’s 👏 a bull’s eye definition. Strange but recommended. Paired with Chinese vegetables and Yuh Siang Kai Sichuan chicken with a hot garlic sauce. — 13 days ago
