Apricots, tangerines, honey and white flowers. Delicious. Supple long and round with almost a chenin quality. Slightly oxidative. Long finish. Some residual sugar... a bit too much for my taste. Would have otherwise rated higher. Really intriguing wine. — 8 years ago
I don't know what Jeanne d' Arc might say, but the taste of this wonderfully balanced, smokey, earthy wine was reminiscent of the semillon grape, and it paired quite well with cote de boeuf! Interesting green bottle to boot! — 9 years ago
Developing a beautiful core of sweet red fruit yet still pretty structured and tannic. Went very well with a slow cooked boeuf bourguignon but still has plenty to give. No shame in opening this now, though it should be epic in another decade. — 10 years ago
