Amazing Burgundy from the ever-consistent Domaine Fourrier. Lovely deep red in color. The nose has dark red fruits, floral notes, cedar and damp earth. Juicy Grenache dominate aromas with red raspberry, strawberry and red cherry fruit. The nose has a nice herbal edge with notes of fresh and dried thyme plus a hint of soy.
