2015 with roast chicken. Best Chardonnay in awhile. — 6 years ago
Super herbal with jaggies of frothy deep cherry. I really like this one. Outstanding. — 7 years ago
Dark cherries and a hint of berry to the nose. Very smooth after Pallet. Beautiful color. Very good vintage 2011. Usually I'm going Oregon if it's Pino Noir however, I'm very happy with this. Santa Barbara — 8 years ago

Lots of berry with a hint of tea and spice. — 9 years ago
Smooth, creamy , buttery... — 10 years ago
Black cherries, cloves, leather and tar. It's a ripe, overt Napa Cab that has an attractive balance and surprisingly silly tannins. Approachable now but would be happy to cellar this for a while longer.
Enjoyed at Simon and The Whale in NYC paired with the Simon Burger, which was beautifully prepared, if rather fussy with endless aiolis and such like. — 6 years ago
Each bottle is better than the one before. Great spice , earth tones and fruit! — 7 years ago
Old school abv of 13% and can go another 20 years no problem — 8 years ago
Drinking this wine with vineyard owner's family. It's an incredible wine, and a great story. Good job Sterlings! — 8 years ago
I prefer my Pinot on the leaner and lighter side, but this is too delicious to snub. Deep, brambly, almost inky, with well integrated acid and alcohol (14.1), concentration and structure. These are things that 15 years ago I would not have said about a Fess Parker pinot noir. A serious, well made wine. — 9 years ago
2012 enjoyed in April 2015. Dark ruby in color with a slight sunset around the edge. Chalky/earth & plum jam nose. Soft tannins and a slight chewy fruit... finish gives you a little jawlock with every taste. Takes an hour or two to open up. Great value at $14 bucks (HEB R/S) — 9 years ago
The 2012 vintage wines lacked a little power the previous year's vintage displayed. Still, the '12 Cambria Pinot Noir 'Clone 115' had rich dark cherry and spice aromas that pleased the senses. Firm tannins on the spicy finish will undoubtably soften with a little more bottle age. — 10 years ago
Amazing Pinot. — 11 years ago
12’ Alexana Revana Vineyard Block 8 . The very best five barrels each year. 11 months in barrel, additional 14 months in bottle before release.
A complete waste if you don’t decant this for two hours. Gorgeous color. Nose- Dried flowers & hint of spearmint. Palate- Dark raspberries, dark stone fruits, spices, black pepper. Touch of cola.
Moderate acidity. This would benefit with a little more age. @Martin G Rivard Santa with another delivery to my door. Can’t thank you enough. Love you buddy! — 6 years ago
Was a 9.2 yesterday, but after sitting overnight it definitely improved. The wood seems more integrated and the whole thing is more vibrant. Nice balance of fruit and earth. I'll hang on to my other bottle of this for awhile. — 8 years ago
Very nice wine. — 8 years ago
Pretty good... Not too overpowering, so would go well with a variety of foods. Really like that the vineyard uses sustainable practices also! — 9 years ago
Nose is loaded with cherry and rhubarb pie accented with lovely floral aromas. Palate confirms with perfectly round fruit and a silky finish. Excellent Pinot. — 9 years ago
Love it. The best Rieslings are from this wine maker. — 9 years ago
Another stunning effort was the '11 Cambria Pinot Noir 'Clone 23'. It's was amazing to detect the subtle variations the different clones made on the aromatic and flavor profiles. This effort showcased creamy dark fruit flavors on the mouth with lush sweet tannins on the lingering finish. — 10 years ago
Rieslings like this one make me very happy. — 11 years ago
