Adobe Red Paso Robles Petite Sirah Blend 2012

May possibly be experiencing slight second fermentation, but if so it is very slight and -- I can't believe I'm saying this -- the spritz is kind of a nice pair with the well rounded flavors. No, I'm not crazy. I'm actually really enjoying this wine regardless of the potential flaw, which astounds me. The finish is bold, though not overly dry. That's so different from the wines I typically love, so it's definitely coming in as a surprise favorite currently. Don't let the screw top fool you. ;) — 9 years ago
