High acid, medium heavy body, bold oak that still gives you that kinda low sugar berry pie that's been in the oven for a bit longer than needed with muted fruit and a meatier kinda body. Fun wine. I've seen bad reviews from people on this wine but I quite enjoyed it. Slight skin contact and time in barrel. There version of a white burgundy is what Ciro said. I work mainly with Italian wine and for me this was quite separate from the rest of Italy in a really good way. I felt the wine to be unique and complex and highly recommend it. — 11 years ago
