Not because of content, but because of circumstance... the best prosecco I've ever had. #anthonyslaststand — 9 years ago
Rich, generous, structured — 9 years ago
Very acidic, extremely oxidized, but yet manages to be austere. Not everyone's cup of sherry, but in the right circumstance, would be perfect. — 10 years ago
Crazy interesting, well made orange wine was a perfect companion for the extraordinary food of Ottolenghi. Needs the right circumstance for proper enjoyment. — 11 years ago
This had all the characteristics you like in a good jumilla without the pomp and circumstance of a fancy bodega. 36/25/20/19 monastrell/cab/Syrah/verdot. Rounded fruit, dash of cocoa powder, plum, and deep red cherry w a touch of white pepper and a really nice wash of tannins. Popped w some slightly spicy food. — 6 years ago
Drinkable for anyone in any circumstance. Just lovely — 9 years ago
My experience with this wine is one that I will not forget. As a new student of wine, this will forever be my "first favorite" Chardonnay. The circumstance creates the rating on this for me. At the end of the day, the enjoyment is most important. The nose is fruity and slightly floral. Color is champagne/yellow. Green apple is prominent in taste. Body is medium +, opens up a lot on the roof of my mouth. Thoroughly enjoyed my first Chardonnay. — 10 years ago
Very oaky Chardonnay. Pretty good — 11 years ago
Strong yet balanced fruits, leading with plums. Smooth tannins, and seems easy on the head. Nice lunch surprise today at lunch. — 7 years ago
Wonderful flavours of kiwi fruit, sage and tarragon. Perfect pairing with roast chicken. — 8 years ago
Lovely black fruit, some pepper and a little bit of oak. Cheap and cheerful South African Syrah. — 9 years ago
Great rose. Slightly sweet for a Mourvedre rose but has the slight acidic finish. — 10 years ago

Discovered this gem on a trip to California. Full bodied fruit and a bright, uncharacteristic acidity for its body - it comes close to what I would describe as "plush" and/or "unctuous" for an exotic white. Perfect for casual quaffing under any circumstance. — 6 years ago
