Spicy, medium tannins, raisins. Went really well with my pappardelle with pecorino and beef/tripe ragu. Cin Cin! — 11 years ago
I've had this a few times now. I love gamay. Americans don't quite appreciate gamay because of the acidity. It's made for food, period. This Forez is great. Cranberry, cherry, spicebox and herbs. It's fresh and it gets your palette ready for things like lamb, coq au cin, and wash-rind cheese. — 11 years ago
Extra dry Italian sparkling made w/ organic grapes. Nice fresh dough and crisp green apple aromas. Super bubbly on the palate. Nice, refreshing acidity on the finish. Cin Cin! — 12 years ago
Recommended by Shane at Cin Cin in Vancouver, beautiful cross of Riesling and Pinot Bianco, beautiful floral and bright fruit aromatics, with PB texture and lovely acidity — 8 years ago

Red Mountain is a sleeper site for the blood of Jove. Classic profile of tangy sour cherry, some spice and black tea over a nice solid tannic backbone. Tiny bit of tar on a nice medium-long finish. Drink up if you have this rarity...the prime time is now! Cin cin! — 10 years ago
