Solid minerality in an entry level Bourgogne. — 8 years ago
I was worried about this but after about an hour it came into its own. More blue cheese, less tobacco than the Pichon Lalande, with nice lingering acidity. — 9 years ago
What a quirky bottle, no longer in existence. Super cool! — 10 years ago
Leather, cured meat, some fruit on the nose. Dark fruit, black currant, minerality, pepper, musk, well structured leathery tannins, medium finish. — 10 years ago
Monoprix. Very nice. — 10 years ago
Surprenant je ne connaissais pas le Sinsault, et ajouté au grenache, syrah et cabernet c'est vraiment pas mal — 11 years ago
This wine has great depth with a orangey haze and rustic edge! A joy to drink this 1998 wine! — 12 years ago
Great for an everyday wine; still young and slightly tart, but 10/10 would drink again! — 8 years ago
Full body strawberry and red apple long finish opulent grenache and cinsault cashews on finish a real contemplative wine 12.5% — 8 years ago
From an A+ vineyard, on the St. Aubin side of the Montrachet hill. Next to the Chevalier Montrachet parcel, but with a different exposure (south-west instead of south-east). Energetic Burgundy from a rising star domaine (especially since son Olivier took over in 1995). — 9 years ago
1964... tasted like 2004 — 9 years ago
Very rare wine — 10 years ago
2009 vintage. Medium ruby - slight copper hue. Strawberry and spice. Some oak here. Quite elegant on the palate but with depth of fruit - post fermentation maceration? Medium plus acidity. Medium minus tannin - soft. This is an approachable, soft and silky wine that gives quite a lot of pleasure. It's not going to blow you away. But it's a delightful wine with fair amount of length. Very youthful. — 10 years ago
