Smells either like an old underground cave or....lake Chelan!?! "It's yummy!" Tart, tangy and a little flat! Huh!?! $13 / 86pts SWS206 — 11 years ago

Excellent! — 12 years ago
As a reference, this smells like BeCreme de Lys from California. Which is a good thing! Means they're getting something right. buttery and smooth, ripe green apples mixed in with oak, but not appalling. Appalling would be the William Hill Napa Chard. That, was a bad wine. — 10 years ago
Wow! Benton City fruit. Lones Spring Vineyard. This may surpass my favorite Lake Chelan produced wine. The 2007 Cab is SICK. This one is even better!!! — 11 years ago
Smells of apples and pears. Taste is well balanced with the acidity and sweetness. Very nice after dinner wine to relax to after a long week. — 11 years ago
My first wine from the Lake Chelan AVA ... Delicious! — 11 years ago
Unlike most of the other VDL European style wines, this little $6 gem is fruit forward, lush and guilt free...for 6 bucks!!! $6 / 87pts — 12 years ago
Interesting aroma of red grapefruit and some pineapple notes with some green apple too. Texture is thicker and more viscous as I'd to be expected. Taste is well balanced with a long finish. Taste clearly has notes of green apple and pineapple at peak ripeness. — 12 years ago
Smell of blackberries and raspberry. Acidic but smooth on pallets. Nice finish. Really decent with pasta and red sauce. — 12 years ago
This is a white Syrah with aromatics of watermelon and grapefruits that is slightly sweet — 12 years ago
Loved going to this winery in Chelan. Too bad it had to close. Mom and I would go and sit on the big lawn and order a glass of this wine and eat cheese and crackers overlooking the lake. — 13 years ago
