Deep red bordering purple in color. Dark fruits on the nose, very pleasant. Needs at least an hour and a half decant to smooth the tannins. Well worth the wait. A smooth mouth feel and a medium to long finish. Matches well with roast lamb. Could cellar well for another five years at least. Will buy more. — 9 years ago
