A glass to end the night (maybe). Anxious to let this sit. Light, mineral, getting some herbs. Great so far ! — 8 years ago

2011. Lovely soft and elegant. Time to drink up — 9 years ago
Tiny hint of reduction but beyond that it is super floral and with loads of cherry fruit. Iron, very mineral. Elemental stuff. Dusty and very very refined. Hit of licorice. Really alluring nose. Just stunning. These wines give nothing in their youth and then the blossom. Stunningly fresh and vibrant with still some tannic grip but wonderful balance and depth. Saps your palate and tales of over. This is truly on its way to being great. It’s long and saline and has floral echoes on the finish. Profound. But with age, 3-6 more years, this will be lights out. — 6 years ago

Each bottle seems a bit different. Some are all peaches, some suffering reduction and tightness. But overall a delicious sip. — 9 years ago
Violets, red fruit, and jerky dominate the nose on this lovely Gamay from the Cru Beajolais village of Moulin-A-Vent. This wine has a real silky mouthfeel and some serious grip and acidity. #delicious — 11 years ago
Sans soufre. Racy but clean and polished, no volatility presenting. Bright floral aromatics, great acidity and freshness. — 7 years ago

Great big violets, cherries and blueberries. Has the tension of a heavier spatburgunder. Tannins are fine grained and integrated. So many flowers, lots of perfume. Happy making juice here. Not simple, depth of flavor, good balance, enough tannins to have a long finish. Good stuff. — 5 years ago
