Excelente este Carmelo Romero Reserva 2010 degustado en el Día del padre 2010. Color con algo de evolución, brillo y limpidez presente. En nariz frutos rojos confitados y en mermelada junto a tabaco, cacao y especias. Vino con excelente bouquet y estupenda conservación 9 años después de su cosecha. Au nez, ça pinote tellement, pas de doute c’est du bourgogne tendance cote de nuit. De la fraise, framboise. A posteriori un peu animal
En bouche, le vin est énorme de puissance, très large, carré. Une année solaire, la sensation d’alcool est bien là. Je pars sur 2005 ou 2009.
Pas de boisé, bcp de race dans ce vin même si la matière est vraiment épaisse. Là, je sens que c’est un infanticide, c’est 2009
Quel terroir peut donner des vins avec une telle carrure, on n’est pas sur vosne alors sur chambertin, ruchottes….

Ok... Toujours aussi bien, ce sauvignon blanc d'Andreas Tscheppe. C'est minéral, carré, du vin sérieux, bien dégagé derrière les oreilles, autrichien, quoi. "Il est vif, hein ? Pourtant, j'ai ouvert la bouteille il y a un mois !"...

I just love this fresh wine. It starts with floral Lilly-like front, then moves to citrus and finishes with river stone effervescent in the mouth. Never has a Muscadet's in Sur Lie fashion disappointed. I love these on the patio or while enjoying shellfish with butter (tonight steamed King Crab, Carrots with Dill and Purple Sweet Potatoes).
