2004 was an average Bordeaux vintage but the better Châteaux made good wines. This reliable Crû Borgeois was a case in point with nice cassis fruit balanced by judicious oak & a lovely freshness. Pleasing hints of cedar & tobacco creeping in to add complexity. Showing very well for an 11 year old wine. Fab. — 10 years ago
