Tasted against the "I can't believe it's not bacon" brew.
Again the beer took the wine, with a name like that the Rhone blend didn't stand a chance.
Paired with Beef Tataki.

Barossa at its best! Peppery spice on the nose yet fruit driven flavours. Silky smooth with a hint of residual tannin and an everlasting finish. — 9 years ago
Nice. Fruity. Tastes good after a sausage role (seriously, try it). — 10 years ago
An unusual wine - too sweet to drink on its own - but marries perfectly with Asian cuisine - drunk at FermentAsian in Tanunda, Barossa Valley, South Australia — 11 years ago
Cracker wine. Displaying elegance of the Ebenezer region of the Barossa. Actually the first bottle of wine I purchased on my first visit to Barossa years ago — 11 years ago
Had this fine drop with ribs. Magnificent fruit flavours with a touch of chocolate and dark berries and plum. One of the best wines I've had! — 11 years ago
Loved this. A gift from someone whose puppy I evaluated. Drank on Christmas Eve. — 8 years ago

Sweet fruity smells with a rich but subtle flavor to start. Easy to drink with a smooth finish. Very nice wine but it must be aerated before. Letting it sit for 20 - 30 mins before hand really helps. Costs $23 — 10 years ago
Really good for $20 — 11 years ago
Good enjoyable Shiraz. Spice, dark berries and soft tannins without being overly jammy. Good weight, fair length — 11 years ago
No official release but verrrrrry Nice — 11 years ago

very good, drank with van zee, buy again — 8 years ago
Tastes more French than the Clare's. Dryer end, low acid, not over sweet. Cucumber, melon, nougat. Maybe a little bit floral. Not much on the nose. Elegant and delicious. — 9 years ago
Château Tanunda for Marks & Spencer — 9 years ago
Deep garnet color, balanced red and black fruit bouquet, boozy, medium-heavy mouthfeel. Raspberry, plum, and blackberry on the palate, nice long finish with decent sapidity. Loved it with home-cooked beef, pepperoni, sun-dried tomato pizza. And, some sharp cheddar. — 10 years ago
Really excellent Barossa valley Shiraz, fruity and subtle.
