Well everybody wants a big 'ol Napa Cab right? Well too bad Running Dogs of Imperialist Lackeys as Mao would say. Chairman Dana says I like a medium body well structured Sonoma Cab that's reasonably priced and when the Cultural Revolution comes I'll kick back with a bottle of Michael Pozzan's Cab and watch it all go down. Lots of leather and blackberry and enough oak to keep the Napa snobs happy but a smooth finish and very nice secondary notes of spice to keep it from being too heavy. Med body, med p acid, silky smooth texture covered my palate. Dry minerality and sage savory herbal finish on the back. Perfect oyster wine, med plus finish of complex white peach and minerality.
