Milk chocolate, black currant and slight nutmeg. Mental note for this village of Chambolle-Musigny — 7 years ago
Delicious white, goes down smooth and has a nice crisp in the end - with nick and Jeanette at empire diner friends and family — 8 years ago
Bright and crisp! — 9 years ago
A dusty and oaky nose with undertones of a damp cellar. Not a bad wine but it lacked some structure. It was nice with food but the finish was all over the place. The acid will make you pucker up but only for the briefest moments. — 10 years ago

The nose threw me off, because the palate was bright, mineral, and asked me to take another sip ASAP. — 10 years ago

Tasted double blind. Poured a light straw color. Oh. Snap. The nose is so compelling with strong mineral aromas of crushed rock, star fruit, and lime. The palate gets blanketed with bright tropical fruits, lime-ade and minerals...and minerals...and minerals. So much intensity!! Laser focused acid. Fabulous balance. The finish lasts for several minutes...and you love every second of it. It comes across so young. A tremendous wine. — 5 years ago

Lots of character from age but also fresh... from a private stash housed “underneath” the Domaine’s cellar, I am told. — 6 years ago
The nose on this Mersault is intoxicating, it has a wonder wet stone with a hint of lemon zest. The wine on the palate has a wonderful round mouth feel with great balance between minerality & fruit. One more reason to LOVE White Burgundy! — 9 years ago

Quite a tightly wound and muscular wine. On the nose - beautiful wild strawberries, plum, dark cherries, musk, soy sauce, herbaceous notes. Grippy intense tannin further betrays the youth. Clearly packs lots of power but will need years to open. — 3 years ago
