Dark and still full of ripe fruit. Pleasant surprise 😊 — 9 years ago
Improves with aerating, so be sure to do that. A little dry but also on sweet side. Slightly jammy. Peppery baking spices, vanilla, dark fruits/sugared blueberries. Really delicious wine. Would go really well with cheese board dessert but also fantastic on its own — 9 years ago
Another lovely starter wine at Augustine! — 10 years ago
Nice full bodied. This was the 2010 Cuvée Demoisselles. Antoine Songy from Robert Kacher Selections identified the blend as 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Cabernet Frank, & 30% Cot (Malbec). Somewhat an unusual blend but nice. Excellent value — 10 years ago

Woaw. Strong mocha flavours, extra dark chocolate and tobacco. Full-bodied, rich, fat and warm mouth. Super long a little dryness on the tongue. — 7 years ago
Nice lemon-peppery dryness. Great with food, especially fish. — 9 years ago
I have always loved the hospices de beaune. I will be so sad when I run out of them. This one from Pommarde was a little more neutral a balanced than what I'm used to but still excellent. It had the richer fruit and dusty old world character that I love and I'm accustomed to from this producer. — 10 years ago

2001 vintage, loved it. — 10 years ago
Copperish pink. Lovely nose with cinnamon, red apples, spices and strawberries. Light plus to medium acidity (5/10) and light plus bodied. Strawberries on the palates, a touch of cream, and a little funky. Medium to medium plus finish. Drink till 2021. — 7 years ago

Surprisingly yeasty nose, but classic white Burgundian taste with light citrus, good acidity, well balanced. Sings with a good food pairing:) 2012 vintage. — 10 years ago
Nice and light, long lasting fine red. One of the best of Languedoc for me — 10 years ago

Lovely savoury Pinot aroma — 11 years ago
Nutty, nice minerals, and lower acidity but just enough to serve as a backbone. Age is at a lot faster pace than its age. Lovely Chardonnay nose. Elegant. — 11 years ago

Delicate and fresh wild berries but also savory/earth. The best kind of confusion. Drink slightly chilled. — 7 years ago
