Nice full bodied. This was the 2010 Cuvée Demoisselles. Antoine Songy from Robert Kacher Selections identified the blend as 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Cabernet Frank, & 30% Cot (Malbec). Somewhat an unusual blend but nice. Excellent value — 10 years ago

I have always loved the hospices de beaune. I will be so sad when I run out of them. This one from Pommarde was a little more neutral a balanced than what I'm used to but still excellent.
