Loving this with a crock pot and broiled chicken we dined on tonight, at home. Dry, medium-full bodied, balancing the green tomato and garlic gravy made from the chicken and (did I mention duck fat?), such brown rice it's purple. A great buy. — 11 years ago
This is a very typical Barolo for all the hallmark aromas and flavors, yet this wine has such soft finesse with a med finish. It is pairing perfectly with the pot roast that's been in the crock pot all day long! — 11 years ago
