Tasted from a magnum. Bright straw gold color. Aromas and flavors of green apple, unripe pear, tart apricot, almonds/hazelnuts, white flowers, dried herbs and a slight note of honey. The body is medium, with cream brûlée like notes, with vegetal notes and a hint of green fig and slight notes of ocean air.
