This is a great wine. Weightier than a typical rose, almost as heavy as a chard or viognier. The acid has mellowed in the bottle some, but there’s plenty of structure to let the flavors come through. Rose water, raspberry, and strawberry notes with just a hint of tannin. Fantastic with a rich and spice-heavy chicken dish. — 7 years ago

Another beautiful example of all a Juracon Sec can do! Petit and Gros Manseng, deliciously balanced out for a green fruited, tart, but also Stoney wine. Light tannic feel, a fair amount of alcohol and super acidity. Tastes like a green fruit cocktail, left in the can to ferment. — 7 years ago
