I have no idea how I made the perfect sandwich for this wine, but I did. Sweet batard, sheep's milk ricotta, sprouted broccoli with lemon, prosciutto. Inspired by lunch last week at the Fatted Calf. Yum. Lets not fail to mention that Pax's second label wine is delicious, true to his style and quaffable. Approved. — 12 years ago
