Complex but refined pallate with similar to nose aromas, firm tannins and ripe & jammy dark fruit, violet, coffee finish. 89p 2011 - the only served at Noble dinner 2013. Great minds…I’m drinking the 2020 with a burger right now. It was my first thought for a pairing. Perfect for this cold Paris evening! It’s one of the wines I drink when I find myself missing California.
