Own this? Hide it for 10 years. There is so much going on in the nose - leather, camphor, winter baking spiced and lots and lots of pepper - to name a few. Nose blows you away but it was too busy in mouth
Perhaps a long decant would have helped
Indeed - after 24 + hours open but corked, the elements had melded well
Bought at Derniere Goutte in 6e, enjoyed at Relais Christine. Good shop for organic and biodynamic wines - across from great caramel maker — 11 years ago
