Vintage 2013 - #cheninblanc from vignes that are 46 years old on argile calcaire terroir. “fermentation ét elevage 9 mois en demi-muds” I love the wines of this producer that works very secure and passionated. This white #Saumur is true to type chenin, it does not charm you at once. Minerals, citrus and pear. Beautiful butter in taste, but also repulsive.
