Cab Sau & Merlot - Fruity, tannins on nose. Not too dry. — 9 years ago
Sau geil. Well made with great stewed stonefruits and minerality on the nose, bright acidity and golden color. Long rich finish. Danke Gunther, super Wein — 10 years ago

Citrusy and complex, big enough you will never believe it is a Sau Blanc. — 11 years ago
God til fisk, svin og sau — 8 years ago
2014 - Merlot blend plus three; Stage Ovation dinner paired with delicious diver scallops; perhaps s chard or Sau Blanca would have paired better. — 9 years ago

Bon cabernet, olors torrades, entrada sau, tot de barrica, ben lligat i rodonet, regust correcte. — 11 years ago
A surprisingly smooth Sau Blanc that is refreshing and definitely enjoyable. Complete with notes of lime and melon, it might be my new lower-end favorite. — 11 years ago

2014-$10.49 after sale and 5% case discount; fresh citrus bouquet; crisp, light body with a slight tart finish; great value for possibly an everyday Sau Blanc. — 10 years ago
2001. 2mm cork popped out. Rough, harsh yet overt cab sau aroma like a st estephe at 1 pm. Corked back on. No aroma during 5 hours dinner. The last sip was full of hints of dry flower though. Palate thicker than latour 2001. Drink. — 11 years ago
