Wonderful step up from basic Côtes-du-Rhône with great balance of minerality, black fruit and a hint of wild herbs. Elegant on the palate - it's that joyous find, a wine that is reasonably priced and fun to drink. With modest tannins its also food friendly — 7 years ago

Smooth and creamy from my fave Sabletans — 10 years ago
Classical, old-world Côtes du Rhône. Deep ruby colored, fleshy with firm tannins. Not as stripping as the '12, shows how beneficial a year in the cellar can be for a solid table wine. Needs food to balance the dry, tannic finish. — 11 years ago
Très bon rapport qualité prix ! — 12 years ago
Everything I liked in the Sablet Blanc but with a lighter styled body. Deemed crushable by my tasting group...that is if you have the weekly budget to crush white Chateauneuf. If you do then I wanna hang with you sometime. — 7 years ago
