Crisp apples and pears to the nose. Nice balance of fruit and minerality. No oak. Beautiful French Chardonnay, such a beautifully crafted, fun, quaffable wine. — 10 years ago
Great mix of dried fruit, nuts and caramel, maple syrup sweetness. This has an elegant class to it. Great balance on the palate, plenty of what you find on te nose and then some! — 11 years ago

It's easy to understand why Coquerel calls Sauvignon Blanc its flagship varietal—clearly the result of excellent fruit quality combined with the sheer talent of Bordeaux-born winemaker, Christine Barbe. The 2012 Le Petit Coquerel boasts a vibrant nose of gooseberries and lime zest, punctuated by spicy undertones reminiscent of juniper berries and white pepper. Lovely on the palate, and texturally quite round, with pithy layers of white grapefruit and star fruit. Herbaceous at the close with a long, lingering finish. — 10 years ago

Medium in body. Viscous. Some weight and richness to it. Like it 🙃 — 9 years ago
