Rene Barbier jr.'s rancio that he collected from old forgotten priorat family stashes--lived up to the promise, incredible bone dry sherry character, so good. — 12 years ago
Light. One of our favorites — 9 years ago
Musty, barny. Very good. — 9 years ago
Ungrafted Bourboulenc, 40 year old vines grown on reclaimed salt marshes near La Clape that need to be flooded each winter to keep the salt from the bottom layers from rising to the top and destroying the vineyard.
Strong oak, yellow cherry, touch rosemary, grapefruit, pomegranate, passion fruit kernels, fir tree.
Med body, med acidity. Oak, cherry, liquorice palate, very long oak, cherry salty finish. Oak, cherry, salmiak liquorice aftertaste. Less oak maybe?? — 10 years ago
I don't always indulge in a bottle of Spanish red but when I do it's always from Catalunya. Rene Barbier and Sara Perez project - terroir driving, glorious secondary characteristics. My current obsession on the list. @Casa Mono — 10 years ago

Good Rene Barbier replacement. — 11 years ago
Very NICE Smooth finish with a good oak aroma. Started it off 👍with some bread and cheddar, went well with Cannelloni and green fried plantains 😉 — 9 years ago
Nice find @Andrew Yandell! Started out soft with dark fruits and garrigue accents, then its bones started to show - mineral, nice build, and more complexity. Balanced and delicious from the first drop to the last. — 10 years ago
Tastes good! Medium bodied. Has a berry taste. Would buy again. Mike rating: 9.5 - "better than Rene Barbier" — 10 years ago

Fantastically balanced Chardonnay from Nuits-Saint-Georges. Still youthful but with some complexity. — 9 years ago
