Beautiful day for a Rose. Orangey pink and very clear. Lush red fruits on the nose, covered with strawberries and slight undertones of citrus. Very refreshing. Slightly savory and woody as soon as it was opened. After breathing for a few minutes there was some dark chocolate notes. Low tannins (4,5/10) with moderate, and crisp acidity. Moderate body and slightly dry moderate finish. Very interesting Rose, started out with some white wine characteristics (crisp acidity) and developed red wine characteristics (tannins and body).
