Floral with white peach and intensely exotic melon; quite a robust body; clean medium acidity and well-developed mouthfeel. Great value! — 6 years ago
Gardenia, perfume, honey and apricot. M- acid, m body. Balanced with a long finish. — 8 years ago
Tension, purity, verve and filigree come to mind here and can only take the mind to one place for Chardonnay: Chablis. OK so now the mind is set in Chablis with style but then we take a different take on the finish that was crazy long and pure, dry extract on full display here as this hummed along nicely to the finish. Another amazing Chardonnay from Jim Law at Linden. — 8 years ago

A lot of oak but very good for $22 cab franc, merlot, and petit Verdot blend — 11 years ago
This Virginia Cabernet Sauvignon is surprisingly good! Big cherry and vanilla (cream soda) aromas and flavors. Hints of dried herbs and green pepper (not overwhelming) on the finish. Balanced acidity and smooth tannins. Was not expecting much from a Virginia Cab (Bottle claims Estate Grown from the Monticello AVA) but this wine is well made. An extremely pleasant surprise. — 5 years ago

We are so pleased to welcome Horton Norton back to our table. This was a young, 2014 Norton, and given about 30 minutes to open up, it really was lovely. Fruit up front, gorgeous color, plum and tart cherry flavor. Wow. Was AMAZING with a beef and butternut squash stew. — 8 years ago

All in all, a great wine! Unfortunately, this one met its end by being exposed to the elements, but still held up very well! — 10 years ago

Let’s leave the politics out of this. Very solid Sparkler. Great vintage made with excellent Chardonnay grapes. Green apple, pear, with a bit of lemon. A hint of sourdough bread. Creamy texture and very effervescent. — 5 years ago
