Edna Valley Chardonnay at its finest.
Balanced-Smooth-mellowed acidity but still very brightest. Naturally fermented and aged in concrete. Round-luscious-rich. I'm cooking up a whole branzino in my wood Fired oven. This will pair perfectly. — 9 years ago

This was good. Better than expected. Spinelli gave me at Maryann's wedding and then I drank at the house with Jessica — 9 years ago
Medium tawny but still intense in the center. In relatively good shape and still very lively with a tannic backbone to keep the wine structured. Edit — 10 years ago
This is a splendid summer rose'. The nose is sea breeze and fresh cut strawberries. On the palate there is salted watermelon, strawberry and pomegranate. The finish is long with bright acidity, salinity and mineral. Just scrumptious. — 10 years ago
Perfect at 35K feet. Huge vanilla caramel custard favor. — 11 years ago
Very fresh, crisp acidity. Passion fruit and cut grass on the nose, — 11 years ago
Light fresh and sweet. Great for a summer afternoon — 12 years ago
Lots of redcurrant and cranberry, nice juiciness cut through with a smooth, acidic finish. — 9 years ago

Projection Wines Cabernet Sauvignon - Winemaker's cut 2015 Napa CA. Solid Cab. — 10 years ago

Dark and full bodied, this wine brings on the darkness fruits: black plumb, dark cherry, black currant. It has relatively high acidity so should pair well with oily dishes. — 10 years ago
2010 is best year thus far. — 11 years ago
A true treat. Old. No effervescence. But has some cut and spine still. Long finish. A St. Francis hotel liquor store sticker on it. Drinking history. — 11 years ago
Very good — 12 years ago
Brilliant cut and acidity. More red fruit - almost came across like a rose. — 12 years ago
If it’s good enough for the queen...? Just add a stinky cheese — 8 years ago
Old wine. I can smell the earthy barnyard if success when all goes right. We decanted it at the table and it kept growing with each glass. Paired with a Waugh beef NY it brought forth floral and fruit tones, but cut through the fat in the steak to finish strong with acid and tannins! — 8 years ago
Sottimano's 2012 Langhe Nebbiolo is a beauty. Freshly cut flowers, sweet red berries, cinnamon and mint are woven together in this refined, textured Nebbiolo bursting with pure class. Cherries, raspberries and rose petals linger on the expressive finish. (AG)

Great everyday wine. — 10 years ago
I was so nervous about proposing recently that I forgot my two birthyear wines I had saved for almost a year. Happy Belated to ME! Still celebrating the engagement too. A lot to celebrate! To those who are wondering if 86s are approachable yet, they are. This wine had been solid as a rock forever, but today it was seamless. Dank and pretty, intense cassis and black currant and blackberry reduction. Somehow fresh cut floral notes like lavender and cherry blossom. Fresh earth tone to it with an endless iron steel like mineral finish. Complimented by a rich wood tone. Perfectly softened tannins. This bottle was a milestone for me. — 10 years ago

Definitely fruit/cherry forward but finishes very nice. All around a pretty decent Pinot. — 11 years ago
