Great use of the screw top. Just had this with roasted beats & grilled shrimp and rice with cherry tomatoes. Yumosiskingkosis... Had a glass before and after the food as well... medium body, balanced very sippable as the first thing you grab as you crawl through the door after a rough day at work.
