Medium straw lemon color with aromas of stone and citrus fruit, baked bread notes with a mineral tang, light bubbles and mousse. On the palate flavors of apple and citrus, dry with slight smoky biscuit notes, medium finish ending with a toasty citrus floral mineral character. Organic! — 2 months ago
The Grand Cru of Cava? Corpinnat (Heart of Penedes) is a special designation by a group of estates (currently 11) who broke tie with the Cava D.O. This one was disgorged in 12/2023.
Aromatic nose of green apple, peach, chalk, light brioche, and hint of white floral. Vibrant, round, and precise. Very impressive, particularly when considering this is a brut nature.

Lovely example of what I want a Cava to be: bright, bubbly, with a mineral dryness to it. Would love to buy again. — 16 days ago

On the palate flavors of apple, pear and citrus, dry with nutty biscuit notes, medium finish ending with a toasty citrus floral mineral character. — 2 months ago

Sipping Fine Wine
In 1877, Illario and Leopoldo Ruffino laid the foundations of their dream to make Italian wines from the heart of Tuscany. Medium Ruby red color with aromas of dark berry fruit and earthy spice, blend of 80% Sangiovese with rest Merlot and Cab Sauv. On the palate flavors of black cherry and plum with tobacco, pepper and earthy cedar notes. Full-bodied, well balanced soft drying tannins on a smooth medium+ finish. Grab some Italian food and enjoy the great value wine. Consistent quality, a Fav!! — 16 days ago
