Medium bodied refined Chinon, only slightly green and accompanied by a whole cabinet of baking spices and some fresh berries and a mineral finish. Lithe and light for cab franc. Still a little tight on the palate, probably best to wait 5 years but showing well enough now, especially the beautiful aromatics. This is not lush cab franc but rather great to accompany more delicate dishes. — 8 years ago
