Actually this is a very "cool" wine. Has a very clean and refreshing nose with a deep delightful finish. Drinking it is light and dry at first with a sudden burst of delicate flavors taking hold. I am alone at the Glasbern Inn having dinner after a long day on the road. This wine will go great with my duck breast main dish. — 8 years ago
