Darkly floral, the 2022 Rosso di Montalcino opens with a blend of grilled herbs, exotic spices and steeped plums. It's a racy and fruit-forward effort with masses of ripe red and blue fruits swirling across a lively acidity stream. This is the Super Tuscan red from 2018. Very strong tannin!!! Needs way more cellar time. Very good pepper and yeasty flavors. Blend of can sav, Merlot, and Sangiovese. Nice fruit and super jammy flavors. One of the darkest ruby wines with tons of colors! — 4 months ago
