100% Nebbiolo! Classic, gorgeous, drinks like Barbaresco. Fine tannin, red cherries, mushrooms, tobacco, anise, long lingering finish and perfect with 'njuna sausage. — 10 years ago
2010 - beautiful. Not quite sold out even though it says it is. — 10 years ago

A masterful example of how good Barbera can be when treated with respect. Intensely ripe red and purple fruit dominates the palate; raspberry, wild strawberry and blackberry. But they mix with subtle anise seed, clove and the faintest hints of tar to create a benchmark Barbera. — 10 years ago
Probably a year or two behind its prime but still plenty to like about this Piedmontese blend. Good, forward fruit of the Pinot strikes an excellent partnership with the balance and depth of the Barbera. Let's be honest, Braida makes great wines; and this is no exception. — 10 years ago
My favorite barbers and Pinot from Piemonte. Served with bison Ragu and fresh tagliatelle. — 10 years ago
Very good Ruche, quite fruity, but good balance. Last night for a light dinner... — 8 years ago
Fujioka $21. Great with steak or prime rib. Not a heavy red. Can drink on its own. — 9 years ago
My first Freisa! Loving the Nebbiolo-like structure and body. — 9 years ago

Pinotman /// Andreas
Found at Cucina Enoteca in Del Mar - San Diego County by the glass and at the other locations of this Restaurant group. Well not a 10 but for the money a solid 9. 🌹 roses, violets, cherry and Earl Grey tea. Ruche is a rare Italian grape from Piedmont often you get a shit wine from this very small appellation - this one is good. — 8 years ago
