We had this Barolo a few months ago and it still impresses. Strong lighter red fruit notes (raspberry and strawberry) with lovely floral and earth notes (roses and mushrooms). A very well balanced wine that is a lot of fun to drink. Would love to see a bit more complexity but still great — 12 years ago

Super Tuscan made with Sangiovese, dark inky blue-purple in color, smell of raspberry, cherry and tobacco, good acidity with fine tannin, need at least 1 hr in decanter, nice long finish. — 13 years ago
