This tastes just like y mom used to make for Halloween. She used licorice and candy corn and I think this is made with organic farm to table ingredients. You can taste the notes and letters on your tongue but also in stomachs. Overall 3 😉😉😉 — 9 years ago
Simply wine! Beyond such a crystalline and focused mark on the label, it is covered up a complex structure of activities and causes indispensable to produce this white wine made from 100% manual harvested Cortese grapes. So much so this semplicemente vino is genuine salty and refreshing that I would "simply" drink it up - at least - a couple of Jeroboam just by myself or perhaps in good company with some straight-edge friends 😁 ps. Delectable name of the winery is: Cascina degli Ulivi a biodynamic farm up in the hills of Novi Ligure, 30 Kms south-east of Alessandria, an extremely vocated wine area in Piedmont (Italy).

I'll see you're dolcetto, and raise you a dolcetto. Awesome wine from an awesome producer. — 10 years ago
From Botticino (between Franciacorta area and Garda lake), the smaller DOC we have in Italy, this surprising red blend of Barbera, Sangiovese, Marzemino and Schiava paired perfectly with my meat's "spezzatino" with oven baked potatoes... Round, with fresh cherries and earthy flavours, with a light vanilla aromas (24 months in French oak). Less than 10 euros (purchased at the winery) !!! — 11 years ago
Very green on the nose. Savoury in the mouth, with a herbal and mineral finish that stays. Really nice. — 10 years ago
Botticino DOC 2010, 14 %. Bottle tasted in November 2014.
I was not familiar with this wine, but the first thing I can say is: WOW!
Interesting and rich nose, full bodied and round in the mouth. The aging in wood made this wine so smooth, and totally satisfying. More, please! — 10 years ago
