Not wanting to disappoint the oenophile girlfriend, he came home with this and I could tell from the second I opened it, it would have a beautiful spice and finish. Boy did it. Yum yum yum. A really good Cava, especially when you consider the retail price ($12.99). Straw, golden apple, rosemary notes. Same on the palate, rich enough to mention it, huge finish, minerally, pretty, small, bubbles. I like it a lot, ya know, considering everything? — 9 years ago
