Impenetrabile color rubino, quasi sangue. Intenso al naso con sentori verdi subito poi frutta a bacca rossa : more , prugne secche , ciliegie morello frutto maturo e composta. Tabacco dolce , porcino fresco. L'entrata in bocca si avvia morbida , appagante, poi un'ondata di freschezza che equilibra il sorso, tannino ben presente ma non acerbo, stuzzica e promette lungo tempo. Chiusura lunga e preziosa. Vorresti non finisse mai. Anche se giovane se ne apprezza lo spessore e la meritata fama. — 11 years ago

Light, crisp with a subtle vanilla finish. Really enjoyable. Had this in Bure River Cottage Restaurant in Horning, Norfolk with tiger prawns and monkfish with salsa verdi. Lovely evening and delicious food & wine. — 11 years ago
