Pairing it up with some Moroccan lamb with tomato and eggplant. Spicy, black fruits on the palate with some olive and bitter herbal accents. Should be a nice foil for the tagine. — 11 years ago
Wow! Best Albariño I've ever had. High acid and bone dry. I feel like I just bit into fresh limestone. I always have the best food and wine pairings at Zuzu/La Taberna in Napa. Such a good food wine. — 11 years ago
