2004 Cabernet Sauvignon - broke out some cellar bottles. This vintage 2004 cab is deep and very rewarding. Very bold, round dark fruits with a depth on the palette that younger wines don't achieve. The roundness pays off with a blend of leathery pepper and mature tannins that leave you satisfied. Great pairing with meats, game, turkey or pasta.

Bodega de ribera de Luis Cañas. 100% tempranillo de viñas muy viejas a más de 800m. de altitud. 24 meses en roble francés. Vino de capa alta, ribetes violáceos y lágrimas muy densa. En nariz es floral y se percibe tabaco. En boca es sobresaliente. Aquí si destaca la barrica: caramelo, tabaco y cognac. Paso suave pero consistente, con un final largo y muy agradable.
