Catalan wine. Had with Ruth, Jordy and Wifi Bidstrup at new restaurant in Mataro. Blend with Caranyana, Garnatxa, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Very round and full body wine - many different flawors. — 12 years ago

This is an extremely underrated wine. Fantastic flavor, with no nasty aftertaste. Would pair well with just about anything. Doesn’t even feel like drinking alcohol. — 6 years ago
