De coloração vermelho rubi bastante intensa, com um interessante aroma de frutas vermelhas bem maduras, muito equilibrado e harmonioso, com taninos de boa qualidade e final de média persistencia. Nice balanced smokey flavor!! Native to Malta with deep rich full bodied flavor..went amazingly well with smoke eggplant, fennel cardamom and dried ginger zinged pumpkin chunks and lightly seared bassa (white buttery fish native to Malta) in browned butter sesame crust atop blanched spinach with lemon salt.. — 12 years ago
