Farmed organically, this 2014 is fresh, bright and reminiscent of Cara Cara oranges & pink grapefruit with Kieffer lime aromatic and Tahitian lime zest/ruby red grapefruit in the finish, which builds for 5 seconds before peaking and lasting a good 20 seconds in all! De coloração vermelho rubi bastante intensa, com um interessante aroma de frutas vermelhas bem maduras, muito equilibrado e harmonioso, com taninos de boa qualidade e final de média persistencia. Um vinho quse perfeito tecnicamente - o Roland é “o cara” pra isso…mas sem aquela pegada diferenciada que eu normalmente espero de grandes vinhos. O Parker deu 90 Pontos pra ele.

Native to Malta with deep rich full bodied flavor..went amazingly well with smoke eggplant, fennel cardamom and dried ginger zinged pumpkin chunks and lightly seared bassa (white buttery fish native to Malta) in browned butter sesame crust atop blanched spinach with lemon salt.. — 12 years ago
