The medium ruby '00 Martinelli Pinot Noir 'Martinelli Vineyard Reserve' tingles the nose with muted aromas of red berries and cherries. Not overly heavy, the palate picks up subtle flavors of mocha and sweet spice. The wine is near the end of its peak drinking window, but still satisfies. — 12 years ago
