Minerality, white flower, white peach, delicate rose petals on the nose. Med body, high acid(wow), med p intensity, dry, bitter, yeasty med p finish with hint of green apple aromas. Good for shrimp with cocktail sauce but I drunk with pizza with olive, pomodoro, pancetta. Delicious apprentif. (Bubbles are not that tight, quite dry. Difficult to find residual sugar in this wine) — 9 years ago
Made by Selosse at Feudi do San Gregorio. Oxidative, oak driven, and oh so Selosse. — 11 years ago
Can't believe this wine stole the show. Massimo Gregorio makes some amazing and affordable wines. Light with balanced acid, aromas begin this strawberry and sweet cranberry. Let this guy open up to darker licorice. Would go great with grilled octopus or squid, hence the label. So delicious. — 9 years ago
