Crisp orchard fruits allow for a refreshing taste and mouth feel. Slight toast. Slight cool slate as the vine is from a mountain region. Could potentially pair nicely with gamey meats (duck), fish, or pasta. Would love to try other vintages as well. Good stuff. — 10 years ago
