Tasting @ Terlano — 6 years ago
Alto Adige on full display with tart bitterness of pitted fruits and slate. Lush tropical notes and a hint of vanilla (the Chard?) round out the frame. Not much of a finish to speak of. Crisp enough for seafood, but with a ripeness that will pair well with a host of cheeses or your favorite South Asian hot sauce. QPR heaven too! — 8 years ago

1989 Kellerei Terlan 'Terlaner'. I can't believe the freshness. Incredible. — 11 years ago
Re-freaking-diculous wine. These guys make some insane wines for being a co-op. The color of this was 24k gold. Aromas of white blossoms, ginger, and apricot. Still tons of zippity acid and fresh fruit. — 12 years ago
Like the Pinot Grigio, with character. More depth and minerality. — 4 years ago
Oily, full bodied, lots of flowers and honey and spice. Dry, good acid. High alcohol — 6 years ago

Toasty, pretty, dry straw. — 9 years ago
So EXPRESSIVE. Kumquat, salt, orange blossom. Full, rich texture. Replace Chardonnay with this and it won't be missed! — 9 years ago

Outstanding, started like a warm vintage Raveneau, then grew into a more opulent but balanced beast — 11 years ago

Pale lemon with green highlights. Fresh herbal aromas - honey, straw, and pear. Bone dry, medium+ acidity with honey, hay and green apple flavors. Crisp, light and refreshing with a nice stony character. — 7 years ago
Med plus intensity Sweet fruits.hint of honey, white peach, fresh green apple, and lemon on the nose. Med body, med p acid, structured minerality and fresh green pear comes together. Remains on palate fairly well. Med plus finish of hint of spice and minerality. Drunk with creamy zuppa cooked in terlan wine with crouton. Delicious apprentif. Shrimp with cocktail sauce can goes well. — 9 years ago
